SK Telecom's governance report is worth reading for the agent part
SK Telecom's first AI Governance Report covers what you'd expect, principles and an accountability framework. The section I'd read first is the guidance on AI agents that make decisions and perform tasks on their own. Principles are cheap to publish. Accountability gets expensive the moment a system acts without a human clicking approve. On the AI approval committee I served on, the hardest questions were never about values. They were about who owns the outcome when the model gets it wrong and nobody was in the loop. If SKT has written that answer down, that's the real report. Does your governance document say who owns an agent's mistakes?
